Unpacking Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
In the past year, conversations about sexual harassment in the workplace have come to the forefront. Empowered by the #MeToo movement, more and more people are discussing sexual assault, consent, and how to have a safe work environment.
Join Civic Series and Maggie Campbell, Title IX Deputy and Education Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin, who will guide us through an activity in boundary setting and share strategies for sexual misconduct prevention, identification, and intervention in the workplace.
Our speaker will give a 40-minute overview on the subject and then the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic further. We invite you to join us after the event for further informal discussion and drinks at the post-event mixer.
